This month, Verotec supplied 3 x specially configured, 21 slot VME64X systems to Honeywell in the US, for use in an F18 jet test rig.
We’ve recently delivered a batch of five prototype 12U, 19” wall-mount cabinets for test and inspection, ahead of a broader deployment within the European rail sector.
Meeting stringent EN/AS 9100 requirements, we recently manufactured parts for integration into a rugged electronic enclosure for a deployed industrial computing application.
Perhaps one of the most demanding markets for electronic enclosures is that of commercial aviation – especially airborne applications.
When a former supplier ceased trading, we have reverse engineered critical parts from physical units, also providing a full set of working drawings.
Our client, a leading European aerospace company uses custom Verotec 19” industrial packaging standard to house an array of instrumentation and equipment used in the production and testing process.
Verotec have received a contract to supply a large number of bespoke Eurocard subracks for Siemens in Germany for use in the medical industry, specifically in a diagnostic application.
Verotec’s range of 19” horizontal chassis can be configured for both VME64 and CompactPCI industrial bus platforms and are ideally suited to low board count applications where rack space is at a premium.
Destined for the optical networking industry, and serving in a WDM application, this 1U, 19” Eurocard style chassis provides accurate positioning and protection to the electronics within via a fabricated steel construction.
