Assembly & Wiring
Once piece parts have been manufactured, skilled operators can kit or assemble them to the desired level. Our wiring technicians are trained to IPC standards of workmanship and operate within ESD controlled areas. We carry out both solder and crimp wire terminations along with integration of electronic components such as fans, PCBs and power supplies.
Test & Inspection
To meet with safety regulations, we can carry out electrical strength and earth continuity tests on electrical products using calibrated test equipment. Specific functional testing can also be undertaken at this time along with first article inspection reports to guarantee product conformity.
