Verotec, through its US operation in Connecticut, have supplied General Dynamics Electric Boat with a further 3 x customized V12 VME64 systems for the test and development of mission-critical naval applications.
The 12U, rack-mount chassis houses up to 21 x 6U VME64x boards in a secure & EMC compliant environment whilst delivering in excess of 1.2KW of power. Optimized cooling is achieved from two, independent, filtered fan trays that deliver airflow in a push-pull configuration.
